The University of Texas at Dallas' premier Naveen Jindal School of Management offers students unable to attend a resident MBA program an identical core curriculum in its Professional MBA Online Program (PMBA). Uniquely, the PMBA has no requirement for students to attend campus at any point during the program, and students are not organized into specifically structured classes, but complete a part-time course load entirely at their own pace. All of this makes JSOM's online MBA ideal for professional students who prioritize a "good balance of convenience, reputation, and price." Even considering all this, students don't feel distant from the program: "I feel like my entire program is tailored to me individually. The staff is always around to solve any issues and to offer advice." Students also like the convenience of the "multi-platform" learning technology and note that the school is "progressing each year in how they use it to teach and foster discussion." Students can take "both online and live classes," and benefit from multimedia production studios that the school uses to produce online lectures as well "lecture capture" in select classrooms that lets them review videos from face-to-face classes on computers and mobile devices. "The material is top notch and current" and is delivered by "experienced professors" with "impressive backgrounds from which they bring a lot of good personal experience into their lessons." Students offer similarly positive remarks about their classmates, who represent 5 different countries and "many academic disciplines and ethnic backgrounds." These disciplined classmates are "very dedicated to learning the coursework and working in teams." The program offers working professionals the flexibility to "take a larger course load during less busy times," which affords students an "excellent balance" between school, career, and family life.
