Academic achievement is measured by grades and MCAT results. Prerequisite courses are at least two full course equivalents in Life Sciences and at least one full course equivalent in Humanities, Social Sciences, or Languages. These courses should provide applicants with an understanding of the basic principles and vocabulary of physics, chemistry, and biology, a working knowledge of statistics, and the ability to gather, interpret, and present information from complex texts both in writing and orally. Students must be in their third year or higher of university to be considered for admission.
